Presented National and InterNational Papers and posters during his fellowship He became Member of Liver transplant Society of India in 2018 Got awarded as Bursary student (worth Rs 35k) By Liver transplant Society of India (LTSI) for 5th Multi-visceral Cadaveric National organ retrieval workshop (OXFORD COURSE) conducted by Dr Sonal Ashthana and team at Banglore in Jan 2019 After completing Fellowship in liver transplant for 3 years, he joined as second lead Consultant to Liver transplant programme headed by Dr Anand Khakhar (Senior and B C ROY Awardee Multiorgan transplant surgeon) at CIMS hospital during COVID period for 1.5year. Team individually did 35 Liver transplants (cadaver plus living donor) including 5pediatric liver transplants (2020-2021) After ending of COVID era he shifted to Pune and joined to Dr Rela’s Institute tied up with Ruby Hospital pune as consultant in Liver transplant department headed by Dr Manoj Shrivastav Where he both worked for 6 months. Whole teams shifted to Jupiter Hospital Pune in April 2022 for 1.5 years where team has 94 liver transplant including 25 pediatric liver transplants with success rate of more than 93%. Did First western Maharashtras whole cadaveric pediatric(9yrs) liver transplant donated by 11 yr old child herself. Did rare pediatric LDLT in situs invertus totalis child donated by her grandmother successfully Team shifted to Ruby Hospital Pune from Nov 2023 and performed around 77 liver transplants including 20 pediatric Liver transplants with success rate around 92% He was promoted to Senior Liver transplant surgeon since Aug 2024 after having experience of more than 650 Liver transplant surgeries. So overall doctor amol jadhav has experience of more than 650 liver transplant and more than 1000 complex HPB surgeries.
